We want you to be completely satisfied with your EVE LOM purchase; if for any reason you are not, we accept returns of products in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items purchased as part of a set must be returned as a complete set to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are securely tightened to prevent leakage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
